Great kitchen companion!
The mixer is fantastic, I made a five-loaf whole wheat bread recipe and it came out perfectly soft and kneaded. I do wish the Bosch manuals would include more information in English with more tips or instructions but it's enough to get started and the rest will just take some experimenting. It's powerful, easy to clean and looks great, too. With all that it can do, it will definitely earn its keep.
I haven't used the wire whisks yet, and the bowl scraper purchased separately- its only drawback is that it doesn't seem meant to fit with the dough hook, so it doesn't scrape when making bread, just cakes, etc.
The shredding tool is so cool, we have already used it to make french fries and shredded potatoes, I love that it has a big enough chute to feed a whole potato or other large food down, our old processor required too much cutting. Works great with the amazing Bosch machine. I only missed the detail that this does not have the food processor inner blade like...
I love this mixer!
This is my first bread mixer and it performs fabulous. It never hesitates at 4 loafs of whole wheat bread and it kneads them perfectly! The slicer shredder attachment works great for making broccoli and carrot coleslaw.
