Bullet Express is total junk. Do Not waste your money!
I fell victim to the infomercials and actually did something I NEVER do: I bought the Bullet Express from an infomercial. I couldn't wait for it to arrive, and bought lots of fruits and veggies to try in it. I carefully unpacked and washed all the parts, and familiarized myself with the directions for use. Then on the very first us, it BROKE! The cheapo piece of plastic in the shredder blade cooked, and disintigrated. When I called to arrange a refund, I was told that they do not refund the bogusly overinflated shipping and handling fees. And when I loudly complained about having to pay for nothing, they magnanimously offered to send a pre-paid return label. I tried calling again to talk with a supervisor about refunding the S&H fee, and was again denied. TERRIBLE PRODUCT, TERRIBLE SERVICE...Find another product
We purchased the Magic Bullet and Bullet Express products. BOTH products failed within three uses, the engines they used in the machines are of poor quality and in both instances they burned out. The Bullet Express failed mixing egg, water, and flour; the Magic Bullet mixing a protein drink. Extremely poor product quality.
Even worse, once you're past 30 days forget about the organization standing by their product. You're on your own once your past that window. Terrible product, terrible customer service, terrible experience. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I bought this from the company, opened it and used the juicer. I is not a very good juicer at all. The pulp is very wet showing that it didn't do very well. I packed it up to send it back and it is costing me the 29.99 shipping from them and whatever it cost me to send it back. So over $50 to try it out and send it back. I will never deal with these people again!!!!
