Perfect for the small restaurant or deli
I have used the VacMaster Pro 112 now for over 2 months and it has worked wonders. I pack liquid sauces, fresh fish, even bananas for portioning and it works perfectly. It has saved 50% of my refrigeration in space and helped in controlling portions (as they can not be reopened and resealed) compared to containers and zippered bags. There is no risk of leaving containers in the back of the cooling systems as they are placed in pans making them easier to reach and giving the cook the confidence that they will not spill at any time.
